Softball beats Florence Christian

Trinity-Byrnes softball team beat Florence Christian School 15-8 on 4/11/19. Kaleigh Pérez was the winning pitcher and had 5 strike outs on the game. Defense had very few errors and offense was aggressive with 8 out of 9 players scoring at least once. The game ended with an awesome display of sportsmanship. Congratulations, ladies!

Titan Baseball Defeats Wilson Hall

Titans pick up the win on the road 6-3 against Wilson Hall. Powers Rogers goes 6.1 IP for the win, allowing 2 hits. Noah Skeen goes 2-3 with a HR, 3 RBI and 3 runs scored.

Miller Wins at State

The equestrian team rode in the state championship today and placed 6th overall! -Ella Miller placed 1st in walk, trot division. She became SCISA state champion. -Liza Commander placed 3rd over fences and 9th on flat. -Amelia Whitehead placed 7th in flat and 8th in Novice Cross rails. She also won the sportsmanship award. -Taylor

Equestrian Team finishes 3rd Overall

The Equestrian team competed at a show hosted by Hammond today and finished 3rd overall! They ride in the state championship tomorrow. Good luck and congratulations, ladies!

Baker Places at Beach Run Invitational

The varsity track team attended the Beach Run Invitational this weekend. Congratulations to Luke Baker who was 4th over all in pole vault and 5th in javelin! The team heads to region on Tuesday the 9th at Wilson Hall.

Girls Soccer Defeats Kings

Varsity girls soccer defeated King’s tonight 5-0. Eliza Gregg Saleeby scored 2 goals and Caroline had a hat trick, scoring the additional 3 goals. Congratulations, ladies!

Daniel Island Tournament

Golf participated in the Tournament of Champions Match Play Tournament at Daniel Island Club on Sunday and Monday. We lost to Bishop England in a tightly contested first match Sunday 3-2. We bounced back and beat defending state champion boiling springs 4-1 on Monday morning and topped the tournament off with a win over Hilton

Titans Defeat Orangeburg Prep

Trinity-Byrnes defeated Orangeburg Prep tonight 2-1. Blake Evans’ 2 out RBI single wins it for the Titans in the bottom of the 9th. Trae Buck, who doubled one batter earlier, scored the winning run. Noah Skeen started the resumed game and went 7 no-hit innings for the win.
