All-State Basketball Selections

The High School Sports Report announced their All-State basketball selections for the 2017-18 season. After the best season in school history, it is not surprising that there were several Trinity-Byrnes players and coaches that were honored. McFadden, Mack and Jones Play in North/South All-Star Game

Congratulations to Jordan Jones, La’Sauhn McFadden and Terence Mack on their selection to play in the North/South All-Star Game! These three led their team to an undefeated Region III-AA record and a runner-up finish in the SCISA-AA State Tournament. The All-Star game will be played today, March 3rd at Wilson Hall. 

Boys Varsity State Runner-Up

2/24/18 – The Trinity-Byrnes Varsity Boys played Spartanburg Day for the third straight year in the SCISA AA Tournament, this year in the Finals. The Titans were close in the 1st half, keeping within just a few baskets the entire half. After halftime, the team went cold from the field while the Griffins went on

State AA Semifinals

  2/22/18 – Trinity-Byrnes Varsity Boys played in the State AA semifinals tonight against Palmetto Christian Academy. The Titans kept the Eagles at bay all night and punched their ticket to the finals by winning 63-51. Boys Varsity Quarterfinals

2/20/18 – Varsity Boys were in action tonight in the Quarterfinals of the State AA Tournament. Trinity-Byrnes defeated Bethesda Academy 78-61 to advance to the semifinals on Thursday against Palmetto Christian. Great game, Titans! •Jordan Jones – 21 •La’Sauhn McFadden – 16 •Sam Smith – 13

SCISA-AA State Playoffs

2/17/18 – Trinity-Byrnes Boys Varsity opened up their State Playoffs run today with a game against John Paul II Catholic School. The Titans topped the Golden Warriors 86-35 and advance to the quarterfinals on Tuesday at Wilson Hall against the winner of the Bethesda vs Oakbrook Prep matchup. Tip-off will be at 8pm. TBCS Athletic Teams Honored

Several Trinity-Byrnes athletic teams were honored today at a Florence City Council meeting to recognize their excellent achievements this year. Those honored were the 2017 State Champion Boys Golf Team, the 2017 State Champion Girls Tennis Team, the 2017 State runner-up Varsity Football team, and the 2017 Turkey Shootout Champion Varsity Basketball Team. Congratulations to
